INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When a customer begins checkout, MIDNIGHT LINE collects the first name, telephone number, email address and agreement to the Service Terms and this notice. We also receive PayPal-issued transaction references and authorization status, billing state and service-session records. Our website host may process ordinary technical and security logs.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Customers enter payment credentials only in PayPal’s hosted checkout. MIDNIGHT LINE does not receive or store card numbers, security codes, expiration dates or PayPal passwords. PayPal handles that information under its own privacy practices.
CALL INFORMATION
Quo provides telephone answering and routing. Call information may include caller number, call direction, routing choice, advisor handling the call, timestamps, connected duration and call status. If recording, transcription or call-summary features are enabled, the caller will receive any notice or consent request required for their use.
HOW INFORMATION IS USED
We use information to identify authorized customers, route calls, calculate connected advisor time, settle the correct amount, answer support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security and comply with law.
WHEN INFORMATION IS SHARED
Information is shared only as needed with service providers that operate MIDNIGHT LINE, including Netlify for website hosting and server functions, PayPal for payment authorization and settlement, and Quo for telephone service and routing. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect customers, advisors, MIDNIGHT LINE or others.
ACCESS AND RETENTION
Advisors receive only the information needed to provide and document the service. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for service, billing, support, security and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online or telephone system can be guaranteed completely secure.
CUSTOMER CHOICES AND CONTACT
Customers may ask a privacy question or request correction of their contact information through the Contact page or by emailing midnightlineguides@gmail.com. Some billing and transaction records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes.
CHANGES
This notice may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
