NATURE OF SERVICE
MIDNIGHT LINE provides intuitive and spiritual guidance and interpretation for adults. The service is for personal insight and entertainment and is not emergency, medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. Advisors do not guarantee future events, specific results or outcomes.
PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION AND BILLING
Before a pay-as-you-go call, PayPal places a $50.00 authorization hold on the customer’s selected funding source. The authorization is not an immediate $50.00 charge. MIDNIGHT LINE captures only the amount owed for actual connected advisor time, and the captured amount cannot exceed $45.00 under one authorization. Any unused authorization amount is not captured. The customer’s bank, card issuer or PayPal controls when an unused hold disappears.
RATE
All MIDNIGHT LINE calls are billed at $0.99 per connected minute.
CALL COMPLETION AND SETTLEMENT
Billing begins only when the customer is connected with a MIDNIGHT LINE advisor. Time spent with automated routing or waiting for an advisor is not advisor time. If no advisor connection occurs, no service amount is captured. After a call, connected time is finalized and the amount owed is captured or a zero-dollar authorization is voided. Customers should contact midnightlineguides@gmail.com promptly with a billing question or dispute.
PAYPAL AND TELEPHONE PROVIDERS
Payment credentials are entered into PayPal’s hosted checkout. MIDNIGHT LINE does not receive or store card numbers, security codes, expiration dates or PayPal passwords. Telephone answering and routing are provided through Quo. Provider availability, authorization-release timing and other provider-controlled functions may be subject to those providers’ terms.
RESPONSIBLE USE
Customers must use the service lawfully and may not harass, threaten, impersonate or misuse advisors, telephone systems, promotions or payment systems. MIDNIGHT LINE may end or refuse service when reasonably necessary to protect callers, advisors or the service.
PRIVACY AND RECORDING
Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Notice. If a call is recorded or transcribed, the caller will be given any notice or consent request required for that feature before the recording or transcription is used.
CHANGES AND CONTACT
